Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly schedules
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs per FMCSA regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery timelines and resolve in-transit issues
- Implement advanced safety protocols including HOS compliance and secure cargo handling
- Leverage ELD technology for real-time route optimization and proactive problem-solving
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Participate in quarterly safety performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 3 years OTR experience and clean MVR
- Dedicated route experience with proven on-time delivery rate above 98%
- Advanced proficiency in ELD systems and route navigation technology
- Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Exceptional time management skills for multi-stop delivery schedules
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and DOT physical requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities for independent decision-making in transit
