Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional and long-haul routes
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining safety compliance
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and load adjustments
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage electronic logging systems (ELD) and route planning tools
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- HazMat endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of Northern California roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be 25+ years of age
