Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize route efficiency while meeting tight delivery schedules
- Represent the company professionally with all clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- HAZMAT endorsement required (training provided if needed)
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Oakland Bay Area road networks preferred
