Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for dedicated OTR routes across the continental U.S.
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and in perfect condition.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance driving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (training provided if needed).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of truck mechanics and preventive maintenance.
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel overnight.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
