Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and optimize route performance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication
- Collaborate with logistics team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Strong knowledge of San Diego County and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
