Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional service
- Optimize delivery schedules to maximize profitability
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M+)
- Reliable box truck (2018+ model) in good condition
- Strong knowledge of DFW metro area geography
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
