Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26 ft) for time-sensitive freight deliveries
- Manage efficient route planning and delivery scheduling across multiple states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal load assignments
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Proven ability to manage independent operations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must own/operate reliable box truck
