Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to meet strict time windows
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Manage package inventory, sorting, and loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain detailed delivery records and customer communication logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with mobile technology and route navigation apps
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
