Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Toledo metro routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Adhere to Amazon safety protocols and DOT regulations at all times
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time-sensitive targets
- Document delivery exceptions and resolve customer inquiries proactively
- Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Toledo area geography and traffic patterns
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Proficient with mobile technology (GPS, delivery apps)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
