Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to Amazon's safety standards and local traffic regulations
- Efficiently load, scan, and deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely package processing
- Utilize Amazon's delivery technology for route optimization and tracking
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app usage
