Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within St. Petersburg
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle safety standards are met
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of St. Petersburg area and surrounding communities
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
