Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive five-year strategic roadmap, identifying key market trends and technological advancements.
- Operational Architecture: Overhaul current operational workflows to support scalable growth, ensuring resilience and efficiency by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central liaison between R&D, Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Conduct rigorous scenario planning to mitigate future risks while capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
- Performance Analytics: Establish advanced KPI frameworks to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture that embraces forward-thinking, encouraging teams to think beyond the status quo.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic planning, operations management, or executive leadership roles within a high-growth technology environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Infrastructure) and their potential impact on business operations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through periods of rapid change and expansion.
