Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects, bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new tech integrations, ensuring robust security and compliance standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of future tech strategists and innovation managers.
- Present quarterly innovation reports to the board of directors, highlighting strategic milestones and future projections.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable business plans.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
