Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3 protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and lead a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Prototype Development: Oversee the prototyping and testing of next-generation solutions to ensure feasibility and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Digital Transformation frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
