Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technological roadmap for Nexus Horizon, ensuring alignment with our mission to revolutionize the digital ecosystem.
- Agentic AI Architecture: Oversee the development and integration of next-generation autonomous agents and self-learning systems into our core product suite.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends (e.g., Neuro-tech, Edge Computing, Web3) and assess their viability for integration within our infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, driving buy-in for ambitious R&D projects.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive advisory role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
