- R&D Oversight: Manage cross-functional research initiatives, collaborating with engineering and product teams to transition experimental concepts into scalable solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to anticipate market shifts and regulatory changes affecting the tech landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members, ensuring alignment across all departments.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term roadmaps that have resulted in significant business growth.
