Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead Research & Development in emerging fields including AI, Quantum protocols, and Neural Interfaces.
- Bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and executive business strategy.
- Drive innovation culture across the engineering department and foster partnerships with emerging tech startups.
- Identify and assess high-potential technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Oversee the lifecycle of new tech integrations from pilot to full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership or strategic consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of current and future trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing.
- Proven track record of scaling technology products and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term forecasting.
