Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, integrating cutting-edge AI, quantum computing, and edge technologies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison for C-suite executives and product leaders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of disparate systems and third-party APIs to create a unified, high-performance platform ecosystem.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and reliability across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Proven experience or deep interest in AI/ML integration, blockchain, or next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
