Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological trajectory and operational goals for the next 3-5 years.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the deployment of advanced AI models and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech, to identify competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-state strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions focused on future-forward solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI implementation, or senior management roles within a tech-forward enterprise.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale project lifecycles.
