We are looking for a strategic leader who understands the nuances of Generative AI, LLMs, and automation, and knows how to deploy them to empower employees rather than replace them. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive roadmap that aligns workforce capabilities with our technological trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work strategy that integrates AI and automation to drive efficiency and innovation by 2026.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models and AI tools across departments, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Workforce Transformation: Design upskilling and reskilling programs to prepare our workforce for an era of augmented intelligence and human-AI collaboration.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and ethical AI usage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align AI initiatives with broader business goals and KPIs.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies that can provide a competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, or consulting, with a specific focus on technology transformation.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and automation trends, specifically regarding their application in the enterprise setting.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex organizational change initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
