Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap focused on 2026 and beyond, prioritizing emerging tech like AI, Quantum, and AR/VR.
- Lead a high-performance R&D team in scouting, evaluating, and piloting breakthrough technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions, startups, and tech think tanks.
- Manage the patent portfolio and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within high-tech R&D, AI, or advanced engineering.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies in a business setting.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
