We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Strategy & Future Tech Architect to lead our initiative in defining the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable enterprise implementation, ensuring our platforms remain at the bleeding edge of innovation. You will define the roadmap for our proprietary AI engines, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, identifying emerging technologies that will shape the future of our industry.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of generative models to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and build a world-class team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI ethicists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish rigorous AI governance frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing AI strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
