Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting breakthroughs in 2026.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable, and secure neural network architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers and breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-ready applications.
- Team Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business units to align AI capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technology trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI integration) and advise stakeholders on their implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems and MLOps pipelines.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future of AI and identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
