Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neural interfaces, bio-AI, quantum machine learning)
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout acquisition targets in frontier tech sectors
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and carbon-neutral data centers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing 2025+ tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and synthetic biology
- Published author in IEEE or Nature on future technology paradigms
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Experience with patent portfolios in AI ethics or quantum cryptography
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar institution
