Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems for 2026-scale data processing
- Design ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Lead development of neural-computer interfaces for enterprise applications
- Integrate carbon-negative computing technologies into all system designs
- Collaborate with biotech teams on bio-digital authentication systems
- Establish security protocols against quantum encryption threats
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing production-level quantum-classical systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum technologies
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) or equivalent
- Experience with neuromorphic computing frameworks (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable futuristic system deployments
- Deep understanding of ISO 24027 (AI Ethics) standards
