Responsibilities
- Design and execute longitudinal studies on AI bias in high-stakes domains (healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles)
- Develop novel ethical frameworks for quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional working groups with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Author position papers for UN Technology Summits and G7 Digital Economy Forums
- Create predictive models for AI societal impact through 2030 horizon scanning
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Ethics Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with ethics focus
- 5+ years researching AI governance frameworks or responsible AI implementation
- Published work in top-tier journals (Science, AI & Society, Ethics and Information Technology)
- Expertise in causal inference and fairness metrics for complex systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, and ethical simulation frameworks (e.g., AI Fairness 360)
- Experience advising regulatory bodies or multinational tech ethics boards
