Responsibilities
- Design quantum-secure ethical validation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces with neuroscientists and policy experts
- Develop real-time bias mitigation algorithms for predictive AI models
- Author position papers for the UN AI Ethics Council and G7 Tech Summit
- Conduct immersive simulations of emergent AI scenarios in our metaverse lab
- Mentor ethics fellows in applied moral philosophy for machine consciousness
- Coordinate with EU AI Act compliance teams and US Senate Tech Caucus
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Ethics or AI Philosophy (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for generative AI systems
- Published work on quantum ethics or emergent machine consciousness
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm auditing
- Experience with neural network interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Deep understanding of post-humanist ethics and transhumanist principles
