Responsibilities
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous AI systems operating in 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Conduct impact assessments on AI implementations across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Lead stakeholder workshops with industry regulators, academia, and civil society
- Design bias-mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Author white papers on AI governance for international policy summits
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on ethical AI-quantum integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI governance (ACM/IEEE preferred)
