Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough tech solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical AI governance
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to deploy future-ready tech ecosystems
- Present strategic visions at global tech summits and publish white papers
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Emerging Technology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ futurist roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic hardware
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale futuristic systems
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architectures, and neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
