As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to architect our next-generation tech ecosystem. You'll navigate the convergence of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy to position Innovatech as the undisputed industry leader in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough prototypes for quantum-AI hybrids
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with quantum labs and AI research institutions
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Drive patent development for at least 3 revolutionary technologies annually
- Mentor R&D teams in translating theoretical concepts into commercializable products
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence or similar
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic engineering
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 technology companies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for national innovation program collaboration
