Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption frameworks across AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Design ethical innovation protocols for next-gen automation and augmentation systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using bleeding-edge technologies
- Produce trend reports predicting societal impacts of technological convergence
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or horizon scanning
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or digital transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year tech roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
