- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on futuristic implementation
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon as 2026 innovation authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype 5-year horizon solutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts
- Experience advising C-level executives on tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futuristic implementations
