Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) through market research, patent analysis, and global innovation scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product development pipelines
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as a futurism authority
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate-tech domains
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological disruption topics
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred)
