Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to inform 2026-2030 strategic plans
- Develop and present futuristic technology roadmaps for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on tech disruption scenarios
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership or keynote speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational tech strategy
