Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum-integrated systems and autonomous ecosystems
- Architect ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory and societal expectations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience and circular economy imperatives
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Present disruptive concepts to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI architectures
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or comparable tier-1 publications
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Experience scaling technology teams through exponential growth phases
