Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data (2026-2030) to identify disruptive technology vectors and market inflection points
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech (quantum, AI, neurotech) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring emerging technology ROI and adoption readiness
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into market-ready innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in horizon scanning and emerging technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
- Fluency in strategic tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
