Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis through proprietary methodologies and global research networks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts with commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and industry leaders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record in translating emerging tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI ethics, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience leading global research initiatives with cross-cultural teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
