Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies with 3-5 year horizon impact assessment
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech and nanotechnology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author thought leadership reports on technology convergence and societal implications
- Advise on regulatory compliance for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Build global network of futurists and academic institutions for trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or foresight roles
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend impact matrices
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
