Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-centric design principles
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on technological singularity implications
- Build and mentor a futurist innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and research consortia
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 executives at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published research)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-continental teams with remote-first methodologies
- Portfolio of strategic frameworks implemented in Fortune 500 environments
