As a key member of our executive innovation council, you'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and translate complex technological trends into actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and leadership teams to ensure our innovations anticipate future market needs while maintaining ethical and sustainable development practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a technology radar framework for evaluating future market impacts and competitive threats
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-generation digital products and services aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop future-ready solutions
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and boards to inform long-term investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-trend analysis or emerging tech
- Proven track record of successfully anticipating and capitalizing on paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud, AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum systems, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or space tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience communicating complex futures to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, tech ethics, or innovation strategy (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
