Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research labs and venture capital networks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders including TED-style conference talks
- Drive internal innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Expertise in AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and responsible innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
