Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and synthesize insights into strategic foresight reports
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption trajectories and competitive landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as a 2026 technology pioneer
- Advise product development teams on integrating next-gen capabilities into current roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or disruptive startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, neuromorphic computing, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
