Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities for market disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on the future of technology and its societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching futuristic tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leader on future technology trends (blogs, patents, or industry talks)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
