Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, ambient computing)
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and acquire emerging startups
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Establish innovation labs in 3 global tech hubs
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years' experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted innovations in tech convergence
