- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainability tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
