- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Mentor internal R&D teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
