Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps anticipating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for global tech disruption and regulatory shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Translate complex technical trends into actionable product strategies
- Represent company at World Economic Forum and Davos summits
- Mentor internal teams on emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends (published research/portfolio)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
