Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Oversee the incubation of 5-7 moonshot projects with $50M+ combined budgets
- Drive ESG integration in technology roadmaps to align with 2030 sustainability goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in launching products based on future-trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
- Global network connections with DARPA, World Economic Forum, or similar institutions
