- Produce forward-looking reports and market intelligence for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centric design
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on disruptive tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
