Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with client business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and societal trends impacting technology adoption
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism conferences
- Experience scaling technology solutions in regulated industries
